In Italy there are plenty of beautiful places you can do lots of walking in: forests, high mountains and deep valleys. You can walk through caves, swim in torrents, observe wild animals, visit hermitages and monasteries, photograph flowers and eat the fruits of the forest.

In the Dolomites and the Apennines treks are organised at different levels of difficulty and trekkers can sleep in refuges, bed and breakfast accomodation, country houses or in tents. It is possible to walk in all seasons and our association also organises walking, yoga and cycling packages.
The Nature Guides will describe to you the vast biodiversity of Italy and let you savour the smells of plants and listen to animal sounds.
The association organises transfer from airports to the trekking destinations.
